The Office Experience Organization has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Group Business Administrator supporting three Partner Level Managers and teams. To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, be self-motivated, a team player and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Include (but not limited to): Providing team support (including inventory management, morale events, new hire onboarding and off boarding), Manage space coordination, and procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials and facility requests. Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in communicating information and working with all levels of employees. Build and maintain good business relationships with executive level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally. Assisting
Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience as a Business Administrator or similar discipline Ability to lift and move hardware/furniture occasionally. Preferred Qualifications: Be process-driven, extremely organized, and detail-oriented. Have high integrity and be able to handle confidential information appropriately. Able to deal with ambiguity, make independent decisions, be proactive and drive tasks to closure.
