One of our engineering teams is looking for a Group Business Administrator. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team player, have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. They will also possess the ability to work effectively under pressure, within short time constraints, prioritize while multi-tasking, deal with ambiguity and have an aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Include (but not limited to): Providing team support (including inventory management, morale events, new hire onboarding and off boarding), Manage space coordination, and procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials and facility requests. Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in communicating information and working with all levels of employees. Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience as a Business Administrator or similar discipline Ability to lift and move hardware/furniture occasionally.
