Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced, results-oriented, organized, and self-starting senior program and solutions manager to drive compliance programs and automation for AWS’ Global Trade and Product Compliance (GTPC) function. As a people manager reporting directly to the department head, you will create and manage a team developing risk and compliance processes, controls, and automation solutions. You will collaborate with AWS business teams and channel partners to develop tools that enhance team productivity, scalability, and communicate business value. You will also regularly communicate with senior leadership on status, risk, and strategy. - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution - 5+ years people management experience - 5+ years’ experience commensurate with extensive knowledge of developing and implementing programs and SOPs - 5+ years’ experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements- Experience managing technical resources, such as developers and business/data analysts - Exposure to global trade and product compliance or supply chain experience - Experience using data driven process improvement tools and metrics - Experience representing complex requirements to non-technical stakeholders - Experience working
