Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Global Trade and Launch Program Manager to build new solutions and processes as part of its expanding global presence. The position will lead preparation and program management for new region launches, manage and scope datacenter equipment design, and manage ODM/OEM product compliance readiness in countries where the AWS business will expand. The Global Trade and Launch PM will need to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to meet critical compliance deliverables within stated launch deadlines. This role will also define features and processes, drive projects end-to-end, and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions. This position will report directly to the Head of Global Trade and Product Compliance (GPTC) for AWS in Seattle. · Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution · 10+ years of prior experience in compliance or with equipment sourcing - Professional certification such as CAMS, CRCM, or CRP (or willingness/ability to obtain) 3+ years of experience in analyzing business problems using different tools · Master’s Degree is a plus, but not required · Proven track record of implementing scalable compliance solutions (technology, procedures, processes, etc.) in a regulated environment · Be self-motivated to learn the operations that will involve both independent and team work · Ability to effectively communicate
