The Real Estate Transaction Management and Strategy - Program Manager is a member of the RE and F Shared Services Team and the Subject Matter Expert on Transaction Management and Strategy. The role is rresponsible for being an internal consultant to guide the strategic leadership of the Real Estate, Portfolio Planning, Real Estate Finance and Transaction Management disciplines in Microsoft's Real Estate and Facilities department. This includes the gathering and development of tools, processes, templates, policies and guidelines in addition to active consulting on real estate strategies and transactions along with

Development of playbooks, RACI's, tools, policies, guidelines and processes related to global real estate, portfolio planning, transaction management and real estate finance. Analytical thinking to blend market information and business strategies in support of portfolio management. Collaborate across Real Estate and Facilities leadership team to support the portfolio management. Evangelization communications and training related to complex real estate, planning, and finance issues. Set clear guidelines in the areas of real estate long range planning, workplace strategies, costs, etc. Take an ownership
Required: 10+ years experience in corporate real estate positions with demonstrable experience of Transaction Management (TM) and Real Estate Strategy. Demonstrable experience and understanding of corporate real estate TM contracting. Demonstrable experience of vendor governance (performance) management. Experience of negotiation contracts with a liability of USD$20m+. Bachelor's Degree. Advanced Degree or industry relevant qualifications, preferred.
