We are looking for a dynamic, organized Business Intelligence expert to join our organization as the leader of the Global Product Safety and Compliance (GPSC) Business Intelligence team to improve processes using data that will help us measure and improve every area of GPSC. Understanding business and operations data is paramount to our success in providing our internal customers and business partners with relevant reports and insights to support their growth. At Amazon you will be working in one of the world's largest and most complex data environments. As the leader of GPSC Business Intelligence, you will have the leading role in implementing analytically intensive solutions designed to providing business intelligence to drive changes with actionable analytics and deep business insights. · Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Statistics or related discipline · 5+ years of professional experience in web analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position · 5+ years relational database and SQL skills in Redshift, SQL Server, DB2 or other database platform · Experience in hiring and mentoring a team of business intelligence analysts or engineers · Existing knowledge of AWS platform and technologies (Redshift, S3, eg) · Experience with data visualization or dashboard platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight) · Experience in designing and delivering large cross functional custom
