The AWS Global Partner Training team is currently seeking a driven, talented, and experienced Global Partner Training (User Experience)- Project Manager to support the partner user experience. Customers need AWS solutions delivered by partners that are competent and the Global Partner Training team is responsible to deliver learning that partners need to build their expertise. Taking direction from the Global Partner Training Programs and Operations team, this project manager will work across our various teams to manage projects and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a strong execution mindset and possess the ability to
· 3+ years of experience in training project or program management · 3+ years experience using project management software tools (MS Project, Sharepoint, Excel or similar) · Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent industry experience in program management · Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills · Formal project management training · Project Management Professional certification (PMP) · Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management · Business and IT strategy experience · Strong analytical and organizational skills Amazon.com is an Equal
