We are looking for a world class candidate to lead the strategy and evolution of AWS Solution Provider Program, an incentive program that supports our global partner ecosystem. The AWS Solution Provider Program serves a wide variety of partners in all geographies including Systems Integrators, Manager Service Providers, ISVs, and Value Added Resellers. In this role, you will work alongside a team of highly experienced program leaders who are defining and delivering a wide variety of channel incentive and investment programs. You will work across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders to evolve, develop, and land the Solution Provider Program in a way that will accelerate the mutual business of our partners and AWS in servicing customers
· 10+ years of large scale program management experience; preferably working with the largest global technology, software and services vendors. · Clear track record of delivering innovative global incentive program (reseller, referral, distribution, etc) initiatives at scale. · Clear track record of managing complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional business judgement. · Ability to work with strong technical leaders and product teams with the ability to influence road maps.· Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional internal and external
