The AWS Security Awareness team supports the AWS network with programs to increase cloud security awareness and proficiency. As a critical member of that team, the Learning Product Manager will ensure that our learning products meet employee and global customer needs, support operational efficiency, and scale with the future growth of our business. The Global Learning Product Manager will work closely with other members of the team and Security teams across locales to create a thoughtful, globally relevant, learning solutions with relentless customer focus. Specific job responsibilities include: · Create a framework for learning content to address regional customer requests and requirements · Assess the value and impact of serving global learning communities and regional compliance considerations · Maximize innovation and potential within the awareness framework, by promoting the use of appropriate and effective technology · Interact with internal and external stakeholders globally to understand
· Bachelor's degree in instructional design, technology, or related learning field experience · 4+ years of global stakeholder management · 4+ years of complex, global product design and delivery · 5+ years of experience with education · 4+ years of applied adult memory retention concepts and educational knowledge transfer · · Master’s Degree in relevant field · Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical audiences and non-technical audiences · Familiar with ADDIE, SAM or other course development models · Experience with translation
