The Project Management role on the Global Learning

Develop and manage full-scale project plans and schedules across multiple projects and workstreams Report, manage, mitigate project issues, risks, and escalations, and ensure deliverable signoff. Proactively troubleshoot issues and drive solutions Facilitate budget process for multiple projects Define project tasks and resource requirements; assemble and coordinate project team Lead individuals, teams, and multiple groups Meet tight deadlines, move projects forward independently, and communicate internally across many stakeholders Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
Bachelors or master's degree with strong focus on Project Management and Adult Education A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, within budget, on time; meeting all quality requirements and delivering at scale Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a multi-functional, learning solution development teams Excellent data analytic skills Ability to work collaboratively across various functions in an uncertain, constantly changing environment. Strong ability to work independently with little manager oversight, and exercises exceptional judgment when interpreting
