Would you like to develop and implement cross-functional business development and GTM initiatives that increase the adoption of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform in enterprise? Would you like to be part of a team focused on enabling AWS’ success in the enterprise? As leader of the Enterprise Solutions BD/GTM team, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on a global strategy to help enterprises transform. Your responsibilities will be to develop, implement, and manage one or more solutions-led GTM initiatives for the enterprise segment in functional areas such CRM, HRM, ERP, and Supply Chain, work with field teams to drive customer adoption, measure results, and evolve BD/GTM initiatives to effectively meet AWS’ customer needs. You will work closely with the enterprise and industry teams, and must be comfortable working with cross functional global teams in dynamic organizations as most of the initiatives will have interdependencies with other teams within AWS
· 7-10 years of relevant work experience in technology enabled consultative, solutions development, product management, product marketing, business development, and/or transformation roles in the targeted enterprise solution areas. · Passion for the targeted enterprise functional areas – good understanding of how the enterprise functions operate and the business applications partner ecosystem for these functions · Passion for cloud technologies – deep understanding of public and hybrid cloud platforms. · Experience developing, implementing, managing and executing cross-functional solutions-led
