We are looking for an experienced Front-End Engineer to help take Amazon Restaurants to the next level. As a Front-end Engineer on the team, you will own significant portions of the product and will have significant influence on our strategy by helping define the next wave of product features and rendering architecture, while working closely with business stakeholders from UX, Product Management, partner teams, and senior management. You will help architect the technology stack needed to deliver complex, scalable, and extendable web-applications, while contributing to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field · 3+ years of software/web-application development experience · Experience writing logical and maintainable JavaScript · Experience with HTML and CSS, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility and performance optimization· Tools (Build Tools, Gulp, Grunt, Debuggers, Profilers, IDEs) · Mobile app development (in iOS and Android) · Test Frameworks (Unit tests, stbtester.com, Selenium, etc)
