The CX Programs operates internal programs to help Amazonians build great customer experiences. We work to integrate disciplines (design, research, product) and teams, helping teach the organization to build great products and accelerate innovation to deliver the best experience for end-customers. Our three focus areas are connecting CX experts for consultation, teaching Amazonians to apply our Working Backwards process, and building tools to scale our impact. You will be a member of the CX Programs Development Team building new and innovative experiences for Amazon Employees across the front-end technology stack, from application server rendering up through customer-facing sites and widgets. You’ll work closely with design, research, and product leaders to create and expand tools and services that provide consultation and learnings enabling teams to creating great customer experiences.
