Additionally, they oversee the development of Standard Work for operational teams. Overall activities include: · Conduct Line Observation Standards Audits (LOSA), line checks, and other audits. · Manage audit programs to support program growth and certification requirements. · Report to the Principal PM any standards issues such as compliance gaps, checkride deviations, etc. · Perform scheduled and special evaluations, identify trends, and document findings. · Maintain all audit and evaluation files. · Manage an internal standards working group
· 4+ years working in a professional aviation role in Operations or Flight Test programs as a crewmember · Bachelor’s degree · Strong communication and writing credentials · Must be able to travel 10%, as necessary · Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe products · Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary - sense of accountability and sound professional judgment. · Ability to operate company vehicles· FAA Private Pilot license or FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate · Work experience in Part 61,
