The One Global Demand Center (One GDC) team is looking for a senior integrated marketing lead who can help define and implement a next generation integrated marketing strategy and approach. Microsoft's One GDC is leading the transformation of marketing with programs and engines that allow us to engage in a more personal way with our customers while driving hard, measured business outcomes. Our efforts are driving growth and innovation for Microsoft's commercial business by aligning to key go-to-market priorities, putting the customer first in everything we do, and transforming programs with data-driven experimentation to drive scale and excellence. We are looking for an experienced marketer who will be
-Partner with industry product marketing, industry sales, segment teams, and One Global Demand Center stakeholders to create and prioritize business requirements to develop an end-to-end integrated marketing strategy. -Craft and enhance the marketing strategy for moving the prospect through the purchase process. The strategy must employ a multi-touch approach to engage our target audiences and provide relevant content and messaging at each stage of the customer lifecycle. -Manage integrated marketing programs from inception to completion. -Collaborate with field and partner marketing teams to develop
-Strong integrated marketing skills with experience managing global marketing programs and campaigns. -Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment. -Ability to distill complex business and technology strategies to compelling messaging across various marketing materials across variety of audiences. -Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and proven ability to have impact and influence. -Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives. -Strong
