Amazon Prime is the membership program that provides a premium customer experience on Amazon.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and partnering with the business functions to forecast, analyze trends, create metrics and perform analysis to support strategic business decisions. This Financial Analyst will play a key role on strategic initiatives focused on projects to better obtain and then retain our members such as increasing engagement, offering the right benefits, and ensuring the CX measured up to being the most loved membership program. This role will also be responsible for presenting data to senior leadership communicating the weekly/monthly/quarterly results to inform our business strategies on membership
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, engineering or related field • 2+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility • Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software • 2+ years’ experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools • Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer
