Amazon seeks a Financial Analyst to support Consumer Electronics revenue performance. This is an exciting opportunity to dive deep into the Amazon fly wheel for Consumer Electronics and to support a dynamic and rapidly evolving part of the business. The successful candidate will partner with category and finance teams, provide business critical reporting, perform financial and operational analysis to generate insights, and support decision-making by category teams in Consumer Electronics. The right candidate will be detail oriented, and possess expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis with a passion for delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders. · A/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Math and/or similar discipline with analytical bias · 1+ years’ relevant experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and data interpretation of business impact and results · 1+ years’ experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools · 1+ years’ experience with Excel advanced functions (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups) · General understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles·
