Program Manager III– Transportation Controllership: The Program Manager III, Transportation Controllership is focused on providing program management leadership for a dynamic and rapidly growing Transportation business. This leadership role manages a team of program managers focused on accounts payable Accounting automation. You will guide your team in managing this effort globally as it progresses by shipment type and region. You will work with stakeholders in Accounting, Finance and various transportation technology teams to deliver a world class transportation Accounting system. Basic Qualifications: (Amazon’s required minimum skill set and job qualifications) · BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias. · 5+ years relevant experience in program management roles relating to Finance or Accounting automation. · 3+ years of Accounting focused work with strong understanding of concepts of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. · 3+ years’ experience directly supervising teams and developing people. · Demonstrated program management experience in cross-functional environments in a global business setting. ·
