Program Manager II– Transportation Controllership: The Program Manager II, Transportation Controllership is focused on providing program management for a dynamic and rapidly growing Transportation business. This role will manage accounts payable Accounting automation for various segments of the business. You will be responsible for one or two programs concurrently and take on new shipment types or regions as programs reach conclusion. You will work with stakeholders in Accounting, Finance and various transportation technology teams to deliver a world class transportation Accounting system. Basic Qualifications: (Amazon’s required minimum skill set and job qualifications) · BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias. · 2+ years relevant experience in program management roles relating to Finance or Accounting automation. · 2+ years of Accounting focused work with strong understanding of concepts of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. · Demonstrated program management experience in cross-functional environments in a global business setting. · Ability to travel; 15%+ travel expected to supporting team.Preferred Qualifications:
