In this role, you will provide financial leadership to WW Operations HR, a dynamic, global organization that supports the hiring, development and retention of one of the largest workforces world-wide. The WW Operations HR organization includes a broad range of functional expertise, from recruiters and HR Business Partners to software development engineers, data scientists and research scientists who are responsible for the technology platforms and people science that make Amazon Ops HR one of the most innovative HR teams in the world. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. · BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting · 7+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results · Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results · 3+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Excel · MBA and/ or Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate) + relevant experience · Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with the ability to communicate those analyses · Highly analytical,
