In this Finance Manager role in the WCB Controllership team , you will be involved in all aspects of Operating Expenses financial management, and you will engage directly with WCB leaders to plan, monitor and provide guidance on spending across their division. The job offers a good balance of business intelligence, partnership and financial controllership.
Business Planning: Manage the annual planning cycles for the businesses that you support Performance Management: Monthly financial reporting – both written and verbal to the business and to finance Quarterly financial accountability – ensure your businesses adhere to their quarterly forecasts/budgets and identify areas of risk and opportunity. Act as the single point of contact for budget and forecast accuracy Partner with internal teams to determine allocation of resources to produce accurate forecasts Communicate forecasts to senior audiences Manage the close process – ensuring the general ledger
