Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Finance (MCI Finance) is an exciting and fast evolving finance team within Microsoft Finance at the forefront of our Mobile First, Cloud First strategy. The team has a charter to: Build out end to end Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure while driving down unit cost of capacity Drive deals evaluation and advice leadership teams on the decision-making process Expand Cloud Services Profitability through focus on Gross Margin Support Long Term bets, and drive Competitive Intelligence to keep Microsoft Cloud ahead of competition Enhance transparency into Cloud Infrastructure investments

We are looking for a finance manager responsible for driving the financial evaluation of cloud related deals and strategic partnerships. The main responsibilities include: Partner with Business Development, Corporate Development, Engineering, Field and other teams to evaluate Cloud deals and Strategic Partnerships Lead deal discussions and find creative ways to maximize probability of winning deals, with strong ROI and minimum risks Develop robust financial models to evaluate complex transactions, and determine negotiations guardrails Drive approval processes with Microsoft executives Engage with
Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science or engineering. MBA preferred. 4+ years of relevant finance, business or strategy experience with progressive advancement within your discipline. Technology, investment banking, or strategy consulting experience preferred. Passionate about the technology industry, and ability to engage in technical discussions Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking Deep modeling capabilities and ability to work with financial systems Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves at super-fast
