Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to help own critical functions in the Routing team within the rapidly growing Last Mile org. This Finance Manager will be primarily responsible for decision support, financial modeling, and controllership for Routing Technologies for Amazon's Last Mile. This person will partner with multiple stakeholders around the world to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to this high-growth organization. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various transportation, product, tech, and finance teams to identify achieve cost reduction targets and improve quality while scaling our Last Mile capabilities in the US and abroad. · BA/BS degree in business, finance or a related field and a minimum 7 years of finance experience, OR master’s degree and 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.· MBA preferred · Experience and familiarity with SQL, Cognos (TM1), or similar tools · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment · Highly analytical and detail oriented · Strong track record of business partnership · Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload · Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
