Pricing is a critical function in a competitive device landscape, and requires a strategic understanding of market dynamics around the globe to maximize our first party revenue and profit opportunity. This role is accountable for determining and quantifying pricing of our end to end Surface device portfolio across the Consumer channel, including channel margins and program incentives, bundling strategy, competitive benchmarking, promotions and lifecycle support, as well as pricing analytics and operations, spanning more than 30 subsidiaries across the world.

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead Pricing for our Consumer business. The role requires solving business problems using pricing solutions, collaborating and coordinating with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues, and managing process and business change in a fast paced environment. This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive business decisions through financial analysis and effective business partnering. 5+ years of work experience in a pricing, finance, or marketing role, preferably in the technology industry BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another related field MBA or graduate degree preferred Robust analytical/problem solving and communications skills Results driven with strong organizational skills including ability to multi-task within tight timelines Highly detail orientated with affinity for process excellence
