Finance Rhythms of Business: Drive Services Corp HQ finance ROB for target setting, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop a calendar in sync with the corporate and business timelines. Communicate required deliverables clearly and facilitate reviews and trade-off discussions with the Services leadership. Understand the strategy adopted by Services and maintain financial hierarchies to mirror how the team views its business. Business Partnership: Effective collaboration with Senior Services leaders, HR and Staffing partners, and a diverse group of delivery and operations leaders, technical project
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. CPA or MBA is a plus. Strong competency with Excel and PowerPoint. PowerPivot a plus. Hands-on knowledge of MS finance tools (MSRA, Mercury, PlanCast, BWB, MBRT, JEDOX, MSS/HeadTrax, etc.), controls, and systems is beneficial. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
