Microsoft's Artificial Intelligence + Research Group ("AI+R") is an exciting, fast growing business unit that is responsible for driving the company's overall AI strategy and forward-looking research and development. The group is responsible for delivering services that seek to empower our users by bringing them closer to the people and information that matter most to them. Bing is the single largest AI application from Microsoft presently, but the team also drives the company's effort across other AI initiatives in Health, Retail, Chatbots, and Virtual Assistants. The AI+R Online and Deal Finance team provides end-to-end support of the Bing, Bing Affiliate, Yahoo (Oath), Display/Native Advertising, and Research P and L including product analysis, forecasting, target setting, performance management and planning. Bachelor's degree in fiance, business administration, economics or related discipline 3+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience, focus of delivering strategic projects a plus Strong analytical and numerical skills Experience forming cross-group and cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals with strong business partnering skills with ability to influence others without direct authority Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves rapidly Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way
