The Central Finance Team (CFT) is at the hub of Microsoft's financial activities and a key strategic partner to all sides of the business and serving a diverse set of stakeholders: the SLT and Board of Directors, across to the segments and engineering groups, and out to our world-wide sales and operations teams. Modernizing and Standardizing the management reporting portfolio is one of our key transformation accelerators as we seek to increase the scope, scale, and depth of our impact

Key responsibilities Lead standard reporting team and associated vendors in delivering management reporting portfolio Partner with GSMO and WCB finance and business leaders to align standard reporting and analysis capabilities with business objectives and needs Enable and drive tighter alignment between GSMO, EG, and CFT finance via production of strategic analytic and planning tools (e.g. KPI Lake, ECIF, ACR Forecast, etc.) Manage executive level stakeholders, including the planning, design and delivery of their key reporting needs and/or required enhancements Increase ROI of resources invested
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Quantitative or Engineering discipline, 10+ years hands-on experience in both Finance and/or BI and Analytics Proficiency with Microsoft financial reporting technologies and systems, such as MS Sales, Mercury, MSRA, etc. Advanced working knowledge of modern Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies, including Power BI, DAX, SQL on Azure, Azure Data Bricks and Data Lake, etc. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with executive leaders to shape and deliver strategic roadmaps Exceptional problem solving, technical, and analysis
