We are looking for a Finance Analytics Manager who has a proven record of successfully building and supporting analytics solutions and platforms to join us in our evolution, taking a leading role in designing, implementing and evolving innovative capabilities tailored to solving complex scenarios. - Develop and implement reporting solutions that provide accurate, timely and effective insight through a performant solution - Effectively partner with finance partners to design user-friendly reports to meet the needs of the business and enable greater business insight and more effective analysis and decision support - Analyzing and solving complex business problems, breaking down the work into actionable tasks, and working with our PMs to plan and communicate delivery commitments - Continuously evaluate our processes and reporting to identify opportunities to improve, enhance, and automate existing
- BA/BS in finance, operations, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or other technical/quantitative discipline - 2+ years of experience working in BI projects including analytics, data warehousing and reporting development within a business function such as marketing, finance, sales, operations, etc. - 2+ years of experience working with or managing technical BI/database development resources - 2+ years of BI development experience using MS based technologies - Strong proficiency in DAX, MDX, Power BI, and Power Pivot/Query - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking skills, and communication
