The Agile BI team (also known as Starlight) is responsible for growing and supporting an end-to-end BI platform at scale. Through this platform, we enable various audiences (from senior executives to field leaders) across many organizations to monitor and manage their business' performance. We are looking for a Finance Analytics Manager who has a proven record of successfully building and supporting analytics solutions and platforms to join us in our evolution, taking a leading role in designing, implementing and evolving innovative capabilities tailored to solving complex scenarios. In this role, you will also leverage Microsoft's latest BI and cloud technologies

- Develop and implement reporting solutions that provide accurate, timely and effective insight through a performant solution - Effectively partner with finance partners to design user-friendly reports to meet the needs of the business and enable greater business insight and more effective analysis and decision support - Analyzing and solving complex business problems, breaking down the work into actionable tasks, and working with our PMs to plan and communicate delivery commitments - Continuously evaluate our processes and reporting to identify opportunities to improve, enhance, and automate existing
- BA/BS in finance, operations, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or other technical/quantitative discipline - 2+ years of experience working in BI projects including analytics, data warehousing and reporting development within a business function such as marketing, finance, sales, operations, etc. - 2+ years of experience working with or managing technical BI/database development resources - 2+ years of BI development experience using MS based technologies - Strong proficiency in DAX, MDX, Power BI, and Power Pivot/Query - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking skills, and communication
