The Xbox Publishing Team is seeking an Executive Producer responsible for working with independent development teams on console and PC games developed for Xbox Services. The games that we want to build in Publishing should adhere to these three criteria: Potential to be an Xbox Franchise Potential to be enjoyed by millions of players Targeting 100+ hours of engagement The Executive Producer should have experience with internal and external game console development processes, game economies, LiveOps, multi-player games, superior operational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player, highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented with great follow-through skills and the ability to prioritize and manage large complex organizational and executional issues. Production Process: Executive Producer manages the publishing activities associated with console game development projects. Serve as a primary contact to development teams throughout the production process. Works collaboratively with development staff to help shape product positioning and features. Oversees the high-level production process, stakeholder communication and management of the products assigned. Oversees the review, and feedback of milestone submissions for assigned products. Works with Business Management to manage budget against product P and L. Develops strong relationships with
Previous Executive Producer experience or equivalent with game developer or publisher. 10+ years' experience in console and/or PC videogame game production; experience shipping PC and/or console games necessary. Game Development experience, through an entire product's development from Concept to Launch to LiveOps Practical experience in setting, guiding and evaluating multiple styles of production processes. Multi-language localization experience Experience with multiplayer games Experience with LiveOps
