Calendar and Travel management - proactively plan, coordinate and manage travel arrangements (i.e., visit of labs, visa application, and various outreaches) of the Managing Director; both domestic and international. Headcount Management - partner with business manager to manage group headcount information, space coordination, new employee setup, other HR administrative processes and tasks for the organization. Office Space Planning and Asset Management - perform frequent audits of space, fixed assets, and headcount for full time resources in Puget Sound. Procurement of goods and services including
