The Modern Life Verticals team creates Microsoft's premier communication apps – Teams for consumers, Skype, GroupMe, and Teams for EDU. We are looking for an accomplished Executive Business Administrator to join our team and support our CVP. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about your role as a business support professional, we'd like to learn more about you. You'll collaborate with our Chief of Staff and other members of our team—people who value learning from and supporting each other.

Primary Responsibilities: Manage a complex and fluid calendar Coordinate domestic and international travel schedules, including logistics, itineraries and agenda Develop and drive Rhythm of the Business Drive budget planning, tracking and forecasting in collaboration with Finance Manage department headcount information, space coordination, end to end set up for new Full-Time Employees (FTE) and Vendors, and other administrative processes Dream up and execute team morale events and All Hands while staying within allocated budget Procure goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies
This successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 5+ years of administrative experience Demonstrated success in a role that required attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong follow through, and teamwork. Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft internal tools - HeadTrax/MSS/Icims; MsExpense2, MyOrder, MS Travel, etc. and in-depth knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote and SharePoint software. Ability to accommodate different working styles, possess high integrity
