MCB Finance team is seeking a full-time Business Administrator. This position will provide administrative support to the CDS and Retail Finance General Managers. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide a variety of complex organizational, project, and administrative services. This position has frequent contact with all levels of Microsoft employees.
Primary Responsibilities: • Manage complex and fluid calendars • Coordinate domestic and international travel schedules, including logistics, itineraries, visas and agenda • Manage department headcount information, space coordination, end to end set up for new Full-Time Employees (FTE) and Vendors, and other administrative processes • Procure goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies and reference materials • Facility requests • Create and maintain org charts • Maintain DLs and SGs as needed • Ensure compliance of operational policies and procedures • Coordinate other projects
