We are looking for an action oriented, self-motivated and driven Business Administrator to help support our growing team! This role would work directly with our GM in functions to help support his calendar and our team with equipment/software purchasing, conference room booking/event coordinating, as well as assisting the team with any specialty requests that come our way.
Provide full support to General Manager of C+AI Studio Provide onsite team support for numerous Puget Sounds locations; as well as assistance with non-local and international team. Maintain onboarding procedures for all incoming new hires on our team (both Microsoft Full Time Employees as well as Vendor/Contracted employees). Deliver positive and constructive customer service to our team. Partner with StudioOps team with larger team events and initiatives.
3+ years' experience in a customer service or administrative role (required). Proven capability to problem-solve routine and complex problems proactively and effectively (required). Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, planning and time management skills (required). Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (required). Be a strong team player who will demonstrate drive and have a positive and professional approach (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (required). Proficiency with Microsoft Internal tools (required). Interest in learning about new Design
