We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner with and provide a high level of support to the Vice President of Enterprise Support, Microsoft Services. The Vice President of Enterprise Support manages the global P and L for worldwide support business, representing nearly $4B USD in revenue and operating in 100+ countries with 13,000+ customers. This includes managing the strategy and design of Enterprise Support offers and business models, driving global GTM approach, determining the delivery and resource approach to best deliver against the support promise, managing account-aligned delivery performance, and ensuring continued deliverance of outstanding customer and P and L outcomes.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Complex calendar management (day-to-day, fiscal year planning, and time management), resulting in the VP staying focused on her business priorities, working efficiently and ensuring she is fully prepared and timely for appointments. Budget management Strategic prioritization in calendar management, understanding what is critical to the business in order to make the appropriate use of VP's time and delegate as appropriate to additional members of the team Scheduling and implementing the VP's staff and team meetings, morale events and offsite
To be successful, the ideal candidate will have the following qualities and experience: 6+ years successful work experience supporting a senior executive (VP, SVP, CVP), managing a global business/function, in a fast-paced assistant capacity Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality while managing highly sensitive material with the utmost professionalism Self-motivated, a team player, skilled at multi-tasking and independently managing and prioritizing multiple projects with limited guidance and ambiguity Adept at implementing and monitoring complex travel plans and schedules
