The Worldwide Operations organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We need someone who is bright and motivated, with a proven history of high performance and a proactive EA leader to support the Vice President of Delivery Experience in Seattle, Washington. This role requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative. A good sense of humor is a must, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction at a moment’s notice. The ideal candidate will have professional experience working with senior executives, leading a small team of executive assistants while working collaboratively with executive assistants across Operations Customer

· Minimum of five years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment · Minimum of two years of experience working closely with another assistant · Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint · Grace under pressure · Meets commitments with consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed. Willing to do low profile, non-challenging work to get the project done · Values frugality and efficiency, uses resources wisely and creatively · Always looks for ways to make the leadership
