Amazon.com is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support our three Directors in AWS Tax and Tax Technology, and also provide assistance to their teams. The successful candidate will possess the ability to understand the big picture and complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are critical to perform the group operational management tasks. The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills and have the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key. 8+years of experience assisting at the executive level · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) · US citizenship or permanent residency requiredExperience working at an international scale for a large, tech, and/or start-up company · Demonstrated ability to organize, multi-task, and problem solve issues while managing competing priorities and commitments to deadlines. · Proven track record demonstrating ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. · Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team. ·
