Are you experienced in practical application of operational excellence principles and frameworks across multiple technology stacks in large organizations? Amazon Employee Services Technology (ES Tech), Platform Excellence Services (PLEX) team is seeking a leader that can bring broad industry and technology experience to their role as a Sr. Program Manager. PLEX manages the end to end governance of key HR technology platforms supporting over 500,000 amazon employees globally. The scope of PLEX remit will extend to four additional technology platforms in 2019 and to several more in 2020. The primary focus of this role is to extend the existing platform excellence / governance principles and frameworks to additional technology platforms while evaluating and improving tools, policies and technology to drive higher levels of operational excellence maturity across the organization. · 8+ years’ experience and skills as a Project, Program or TPM for technical programs in large, complex, global organizations with demonstrated ability to successfully plan ,execute, iterate and deliver programs · 4+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence/Governance initiatives with demonstrated success via KPIs · BA or BS degree in HR, Statistics, Business, Information Technology or related field · Knowledge of and/or some experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen etc. · Six Sigma Black Belt certification · Knowledge of SQL, advanced Microsoft
