Amazon Kids and Family is looking for a customer-obsessed, analytical marketer for the Engagement Marketing Manager role to drive adoption and engagement for Amazon Kids and Family, one of the fastest growing teams within Amazon Devices and Services. Amazon FreeTime Unlimited is an all-in-one subscription for kids that offers unlimited access to thousands of kid-friendly books, movies, TV shows, educational apps, and games. Amazon FreeTime also includes best-in-class parental controls, allowing parents to set daily time limits or restrict certain categories—like games and video—while leaving unlimited time for reading. As a Marketing Manager, you will be expected to develop, build and analyze adoption and life cycle marketing programs across outbound marketing channels, including email marketing, in-product messaging, and more. You will work closely with Product Managers, Catalog Managers, Business Development and other Marketers to define and implement a best-in-class customer experience,

· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing, marketing communications, product management, and/or consumer products and services· Experience managing adoption, engagement and retention focused programs across push messaging (notifications and SMS), and social media channels; Use of web analytics including clickstream metrics to evaluate online customer behavior, expertise in A/B testing and optimizations · Strong data management skills Excel; experience with SQL strongly desired · Strong verbal and written communication skills
