The Operations Finance team is seeking an experienced program manager to help Finance and HR partner to create and execute against Amazon Finance’s employee experience initiatives. Working within the Finance team and reporting to the VP Finance, Operations Insights Planning and Technology,

· 4+ years professional experience demonstrating delivering on projects · Bachelor’s degree · Experience writing clear communications · Attention to detail with strong project management skills – demonstrated delivery of moderately complex projects · Demonstrated ability to prioritize and experience getting into details to deliver results · Experience working collaboratively, with an engaging style that builds relationships quickly and effectively · Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and operating with autonomy · Demonstrated experience effectively working with senior leaders
