During the next few years, Site Operations will redefine the Microsoft shopping experience across both consumer and commercial channels with significant investments in digital site operations tools and technology. Partnering with business stakeholders on requirements, comps and content to create specifications for a team of production vendors, ensuring full compliance with requests while adhering to Microsoft quality and throughput requirements Manage a team of vendor production resources who will carry out production tasks pertaining to first-party releases Coordinate hand-off of completed global campaigns to our regional production teams for on-going updates Help drive improvement initiatives to reduce SLAs, increase throughput and improve quality.
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working with/on e-commerce or web production teams 4+ years of program management experience Other Qualifications: At least five years' experience in the management of e-commerce web production teams Demonstrated ability to organize team processes and workflow to guarantee delivery of stakeholder requirements. A proven track record of prioritizing and delivering projects in an ambiguous and changing environment Understanding of industry-standard or purpose-built content management and e-commerce environments across global production centers Ability
