The AWS Talent Acquisition (TA) team is seeking a passionate, resourceful and collaborative Diversity Recruiting Program Manager to help us build and execute upon strategies and programs in support of our Diversity Roadmap for North America. With strong support and sponsorship from your customers and leadership, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across a variety of teams in the AWS TA space. The successful candidate will be able to dive into data and turn ideas into action. They will propose and execute projects to increase the diversity of our candidate pipeline, deliver a top notch candidate experience, build relationships with diverse talent pools, build and lead training sessions related to hiring a diverse pipeline, and track progress to goals to ensure the most impactful results.
