Do you want to play an instrumental role in leading diversity and inclusion (D and I) strategies for Amazon’s high growth environment? Here’s your opportunity! We are seeking an influential and experienced D and I leader to partner with the business, HR and Recruiting to execute against the Amazon Devices D and I strategy by providing cutting-edge programs that help us grow a diverse and inclusive workforce globally. You’ll use your skills to work both across the business as well as deep dive with specific teams to help them apply best practices. You’ll partner with the senior leadership team to design, coordinate, track and measure our D and I initiatives and overall plan. Working within the Human Resources team, you will focus on D and I programs delivered across the Devices business in support of its D and I strategy and plan. Business partnership will include assessing the current state and identifying best practices to move the business forward. You will also partner with the Amazon

Basic Qualifications · 5+ years’ experience designing and delivering D and I programs, including talent and culture programs · 5+ years’ project management experience · Experience delivering projects for large, global, cross-functional audiences · Experience developing learning resources and services · Bachelor’s DegreePreferred Qualifications · Masters Degree / MBA preferred, or track record driving measurable business outcomes through D and I solutions · Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective HR or talent programs and strategies · Ability to influence
