We are seeking an influential and experienced D and I program manager to execute the Customer Trust and Partner Support D and I strategy by providing innovative programs that help us grow a diverse and inclusive global workforce. You will use your skills to work both across the business as well as with specific teams to help them apply best practices. You’ll partner with the business leadership team to design, coordinate, track and measure our D and I initiatives and ensure alignment with the Customer Trust and Partner Support strategy and goals. You will also partner with the Amazon Global Diversity and Inclusion Office to drive corporate-wide programs into our organization
· Bachelor’s Degree · 5+ years’ project management experience · Experience in hiring and developing diverse talent · Strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically· Experience designing and delivering D and I programs, including talent and culture programs · Experience delivering projects for large, global, cross-functional audiences · Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective HR or talent programs and strategies · Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently · High level of comfort
