Join the Enterprise Services finance team charged with supporting Microsoft's Enterprise Services business! Enterprise Services plays a critical role in helping large customers realize the value of the Microsoft products they have purchased. We're looking for an energetic individual passionate about driving the Business Intelligence and Reporting activities for the Microsoft Services and CSS Finance Teams. The successful candidate will have a background in financial report creation and a deep understanding of database design and how data flows through hierarchies and financial systems to populate financial reports. Manage and improve the existing finance tools and report used by Services Responsible for creation and publication of monthly financial review deck, as well as the monthly close reports, the quarterly business review materials and other standard reports Own the Forecast and Budget tool, corporate feeds and reporting Drive tool and reporting roadmaps Establish and maintain a reporting rhythm within Services Finance Develop Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis that matches business needs and drive business requirements and implementation for standard solution when applicable
Basic Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting or systems related areas Bachelors degree, MBA preferred Highly proficient in Excel Experience in SQL and Power BI Other/Preferred Qualifications: Ability to translate unstructured business problem into concise reporting output Broad-based finance experience with strong understanding of financial planning and analysis functions, preferably in the high-tech industry and in large companies Strong cross-group skills are critical for this role, especially driving for results from others who may
