As part of the Digital Stores organization, the Digital Category Management team is laser focused on earning Microsoft fans, both in the consumer and commercial space, by providing compelling digital content and experiences across Gaming, Entertainment, and Productivity content categories. The Digital Stores Category Management Team is looking for a passionate, deeply knowledgeable and driven leader to assume the role of Director, Office and Software Category Management. This key business leader will be responsible for both the Office and Software Productivity categories in the digital stores team across consumer and SMB Summary of Position In short, this key role along with their team, will be responsible

Business Planning : Responsible for overall business planning worldwide, in concert with our internal business partners. Run our rhythm of business, working across finance and partner groups to develop a view on insights on business results, what we should do differently, and what we are expecting moving forward. Develop effective plans to address the best market opportunities, communicating across the organization and gaining broad consensus and approval. Partner Relationships and Management: Responsible for close partnership, insights, and service to the Modern Life and Devices, M365 Marketing,
Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus. Proven thought leadership and results leading marketing and/or sales for productivity, consumer subscriptions or services over the past 5+ years A track record as a successful manager with positive team feedback. A track record of exceptional partnering across a wide array of internal business groups, stakeholders and execution partners Operational mindset with strong attention to detail and drive for results. Data driven and comfort with analytics Commercial marketing experience a plus Drive business prioritization for engineering requests Work on ad-hoc
