The Strategy and Innovation Office in the developer partner (ISV) team in Microsoft's One Commercial Partner organization is looking for a leader who is a strategic thinker with a successful and solid track record of either being a partner or working with partners – understanding their business needs, building out their technical strategies and technical delivery capabilities, and defining their go-to-market services. This individual also must be able to lead, envision, design and execute market-defining projects

Leadership of the Business Strategy and Innovation team including talent management and acquisition Develop Profitability and Technical Practice Development Strategy Create awareness of the ISV strategy with OCP and stakeholder leadership team Create scorecard and ISV metrics to show impact on gaining market share, to be implemented in FY20 (pilot) Build and maintain an active community of thought leaders and stakeholders to drive the market thinking around cloud practices and digital transformation initiatives Gather insights and trends to be able to define and design future strategy as well as
BA/BSc or Master degree preferred. 10+yrs of experience in technical practice development, marketing, technical sales, consulting, or related IT services, with focus on customer or partner technical practice development, technical practice management, technical sales, technical consulting services. 10+ years of recent Industry experience in the service provider or cloud-related space Knowledge on cloud platforms technologies, with a solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem as it pertains to cloud computing solutions.
