Business Management team Azure Business Management
The Azure Business Management team is seeking a Director of Business Management to support customer and partner initiatives involving the Azure Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This position will report to the Customer and Partner Engagement (CPE) Lead and will be the liaison between the teams making the request and the SLT. You will be working across multiple organizations (Engineering, OCP, Sales, Marketing etc) as well as across product teams for program development, execution, and follow through with our top engineering customers!

30% of time: Incoming request assessment - the following are some examples (but not limited to): Reviewing Executive Briefing Center (EBC) requests, accept/decline and place them based on business needs Reviewing Executive Sponsorship requests, accept/decline and place them based on business demands Reviewing internal and external speaking opportunities, accept/decline and place them based on business priorities Reviewing requests for customer visits outside of Redmond 30% of time: Post request acceptance - the following are some examples (but not limited to): Take responsibility for being the
Required Qualifications: 7 + years cross functional business experience in business manager or program manager roles 5+ years of account management experience Preferred Qualifications: 5 + years of program management in a technical environment, or software product team experience Ability to handle high-level, complex and time critical deadlines and deliverables across a broad range of topics Business management and organization skills - experience with business, field, and planning rhythms Ability to i mpact and influence at senior levels, utilize strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability
