The Engage team (part of Consumer Data and Analytics – CDnA) provides data, technology, operations, data science and analytics services for Customer Relationship Marketing across all major consumer brands and digital marketing channels. These services enable Microsoft Modern Life, Devices, and Gaming Marketing goals by delivering deep insights into what's working with customers and consistently delivering the best experiences to every customer across every channel. We are hiring an experienced Director, Modern Life and Gaming Data Platform to lead a team of highly skilled PM's who are driving an evolution of the data and technology used in execution of consumer relationship marketing with a goal of enabling omni-channel customer centric marketing.
Identify and integrate user-level data from across Microsoft to support campaign execution and analytics Partner with marketing automation system owners, and first and third-party technology providers to inform data architecture and integrate into downstream processes Partner with business analysts and data scientists across marketing and engineering teams to create an analytics environment supporting pre, intra, and post-campaign measurement and user analysis Manage features through the delivery lifecycle including identifying impactful features, creating specs, prioritizing in ship-room, and
The successful candidate will have the following profile: Strong track record in Marketing, Analytics or BI systems for broad/diverse audiences Experience designing and building data systems dealing with very large data sets Experience with managing individuals and project delivery across FTE, vendor and blended models Working knowledge of machine learning methodologies and data requirements Strong PM skills, especially cross-group collaboration, written communication, technical understanding and project management Strong data modeling skills, including data aggregation and enrichment in a scale
