� The US Marketing and Operations team is looking for you to lead our Regulated Industry Account Based Marketing Practice with top strategic accounts primarily in Gov, SLG, Health and Financial Services. The CMO field marketing team is focused on deep engagement with field sales team across Enterprise Commercial and Regulated Industry. This team will bring together digital and in-person experiences across the customer journey enabling both personalization and scale. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and will be able to plan and lead the strategic account marketers in executing a multitude of marketing programs - e.g. account intelligence gathering, demand creation, reputation support and sales enablement - in agreed-upon large accounts to support sales goals.
Key Responsibilities include: Manage an effective and inclusive team of Strategic Account Marketing Managers to help drive leads, revenue, scorecard and share objectives in Strategic Regulated Industry accounts - Translate sales objectives (both opportunity-based and relationship-based) into objectives and project plans for marketing support - Provide ongoing data and insights on strategic accounts and contacts within these accounts. - Partner with sales, services and partner team leadership on the potential role of marketing within global/strategic accounts. - Lead execution of custom ABM programs
Basic Qualifications: 5-10 years of previous marketing experience, ideally in named or strategic account model. Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated competency in Microsoft leadership principles of creating clarity, generating energy and driving results 10+ years People management and Financial Services and/or Health experience preferred Ability to manage senior level relationships and drive strategic discussions.
