Responsibilities Define and execute the business and product strategies for Microsoft learning products. Partner with multiple stakeholders to execute and land customer learning products and programs across each market and advise on appropriate delivery methods and channels Ensure alignment across stakeholder groups globally Combination of outstanding leadership, analytical skills, cross-functional thinking, business judgment, and strategic thinking to help drive Microsoft's customer learning business You will work closely with Engineers, Program Managers, and Product Marketing Managers from engineering
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a product marketing role 3+ years of experiences in translating customer needs into business and product requirements Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, solve problems, scope technical requirements and prioritize project work. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position. Demonstrated
